Payment for Outpatient Treatment:
- Payment for co-pays and deductibles is due in full at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Vista participates in most insurance plans.

If your insurance is not accepted, we will provide you with an insurance-ready receipt that includes our Tax ID Number, date of service, and the appropriate diagnostic and procedure codes. You can file this with your insurance company for reimbursement according to your health plan.
- It is your responsibility to verify prior to the visit that your insurance plan allows you to see a clinician of your choice and to receive reimbursement for "out-of-network" visits.
